EdGair - Welsh talking word processor
EdGair is the Welsh version of the free talking wordprocessor, EdWord. The original program was developed
by the University of Manchester Department of Computing on behalf of the charity SENSE. The Welsh voice has been developed by Canolfan Bedwyr, Prifysgol Cymru Bangor, Bangor. Prosiect Dyslecsia Cymru / Welsh Dyslexia Project facilitated the development and integration, and sponsored the reconfiguring of EdWord to allow it to be used in Welsh as part of its EU funded e-learning project Dystrain project. PDC/WDP also provided the Welsh menus.

Note that currently the Welsh menus need to be added "by hand". To do this, download and install EdWord. In your program files find program folder (probably C:/Program Files\Sense\EdWord And EdWeb) and look for the file called "language.ini". Rename it (use Right Click/Rename) as languageEn.ini, in case you ever want to revert to English. Then download the Welsh menu (also called language.ini) and place it alongside languageEn.ini. This should allow your computer to talk in Welsh.
