Planning for entry to Further Education, Higher Education and Training for Young Disabled People:

The Welsh Assembly Government is making improvements to support disabled young people into adulthood and their families/carers – based on the hopes, plans and desires of young people.
To explore all the issues, the Welsh Assembly Government and CCNUK are hosting a Conference on 4 March 2010, at the Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells.
